Code Injector does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell any of your personal data, browsing history, or website content. The extension operates entirely offline within your browser.
- Local Storage
All data created by the user, including custom JavaScript code, CSS snippets, URL rules, and interface preferences (such as light/dark theme settings), is stored strictly locally on your device using the chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to the developer or any third parties.
- Permissions
The extension requires broad host permissions (<all_urls> or :///*) solely to function as a user-script manager. This permission is used locally within your browser to match the current website URL against the custom rules you have manually created, allowing your scripts to execute only where you intend them to.
- Third-Party Services
The extension does not use any third-party analytics, tracking scripts, or external APIs.
